Join Judi for 3 days at beautiful Menla Retreat and Spa for an exploration of how each of us can use our yoga practice to reduce stress and build resilience. This is an invitation to practice asana, pranayama and meditation in depth, in a very special peaceful place, AND take home ideas for making these ancient practices a part of improving the quality of your day-to-day life.
Menla is the home of the breathtaking Dewa Spa where if you choose, you can luxuriate in a large variety of relaxing and beautiful treatments.
