Taking Time Through Transition
With Amber Gregory and Sarah Girard
October 25 - 27, 2019
Time moves so quickly with the constant swirl of change; so this weekend is an invitation to slow down, to observe, to savor, and to take repose–returning to our lives rejuvenated!
Drawing upon the principles and philosophies of Hatha Yoga and Insight Meditation, this weekend getaway will help you investigate and be present with the process of transition. The program includes morning sadhana (practice) including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dharana (single-pointed concentration); rituals of mindful walking and eating, yin yoga, and moments for contemplation and quiet. We will turn inward to map our own changing seasons and ignite the warmth of activism and transformation within ourselves and the world around us.
Amber Gregory and Sarah Girard are co-founders of The Good Life Retreat, offering global yoga retreats and events, uniting a community in the shared experience of conscious exploration, sustainability and embodied wellness. They are committed to building mindful relationships, at home and abroad. The immersive programs they offer are thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the richness brought to life within ourselves and the cultures we visit. The experience is none but transformational.
