Awaken Radiance Retreat

Awaken Radiance is a deep dive into the wisdom of practicing resting in nature, communing with the elements, and offering gratitude to Earth. This retreat will be an exploration of the practice of nature as our primary and most sacred teacher. Inspired by the teachings of the sage Dattatreya, we will practice yoga nidra, rest, kriya and self-inquiry in the abundant forest that surrounds Menla. Held in the portal of the Summer Solstice, we will honor this time of year with Tantric practices of the Surya Gayatri to awaken our inner radiance and joy.
Each day’s practice will include yoga nidra, sacred rest, chanting and kriyas, and nature amplification practices to honor the elements and the waxing moon. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with the Divine Feminine, to rest, connect with inner radiance and Divine wisdom.
About special guest Shawn J. Moore: Residing at the intersection of leadership and mindfulness, Shawn creates sacred spaces for stillness and self-inquiry to help changemakers align their strengths, intention, and impact. Through his integrative approach, he holds transformative containers for self-renewal, personal discovery, and capacity-building that ease clients on their journey towards peace, clarity, and freedom.
