Looking for a purposeful getaway stimulating your sense of balance and connection with yourself?

Join us on a 3-day retreat in the beautiful Catskill mountains, led by yoga teacher and breathwork instructor Sarah Ireland and balance coach Sille Ostergaard.

In a small group of a maximum of 15 participants, we will introduce, instruct and inspire you to balance creation through workshops, self-reflection, guided meditation, yoga sessions, and more.

Sarah and Sille create a container for you to safely explore where you may be lacking balance and empower you to discover and apply tools to help you restore it.

By establishing balance, you have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and gradually expand your sense of purpose and wellness. Guided by a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit, we specialize in turning imbalance into clarity and flow, and we invite you to explore!

The retreat includes:

  • Three days and two nights stay at the Menla Retreat & Dewa Spa
  • Local, seasonal, expertly prepared plant-based meals
  • Four yoga sessions (all levels) and guided breathwork
  • Four guided reflections and workshops
  • Four guided meditations
  • Intimate group setting with a maximum of 15 participants
  • Access to the Menla private reserve and outdoor facilities
  • Access to the Dewa Spa (treatments not included in the price)

Friday, October 21

  • 1 – 3 pm Arrival & Check-in: Welcome to Menla
  • 3 – 6 pm Afternoon Session
    • Introduction: Program and the Topic of Balance
    • Curated Yoga Session: Whole Body/Mind Check-In
    • Guided Reflection and Workshop: Balance Across Mind, Body and Spirit
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 9 pm Relaxation and Guided Meditation: Guided Yoga Nidra, Body Scan, and Welcoming Sensation.

Saturday, October 22

  • 7 – 8 am Yoga Session: Awaken and Focus
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 am – 12:30 pm Morning Session
    • Introduction:  Inner Voice and Intuition
    • Guided Meditation: Checking in with Our Spirit
    • Guided Reflection and Workshop: What do you want more of?
  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 – 6 pm Afternoon Session
    • Walk and Talk: Exploring the Catskills
    • Guided Reflection and Workshop: What do you want to work on?
    • Optional Yoga Session: Mind/Body Integration (or Free Time to Enjoy Menla)
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 9 pm Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation: Chakra Connection
