Have you ever felt like something in you is broken beyond repair? Do scars from your past keep you from being your best self? Sick of persistent feelings of unworthiness?
Developer of the science-based Trauma Informed Mind Body Program and author of the award winning book There is Nothing to Fix, Suzanne Jones has helped thousands of women heal their emotional wounds and find their way back to their authentic selves.
Based on her book There Is Nothing to Fix, Sue will guide you through a 5 day transformational journey that will leave you with an in-depth understanding of how your body has held on to traumas of the past, and a self-compassionate framework from which you can find freedom, connection and empowerment in your life.

This workshop will consist of a combination of structured/workbook-based programming, in depth group discussion, presentations on Sue’s theory of survival adaptation and theory of emotional anatomy, exercises of self-investigation, and gentle yoga practice and guided meditation.

You will leave this workshop with the radical power inside to heal yourself.
