Mindful self-compassion allows us to build a greater sense of our own self-worth and awareness, creating a greater connection with our bodies and emotions and a stronger presence with all that surrounds us, right here, right now.

Strengthen your ability to be present with yourself, just as you are, with loving-kindness. Just imagine a life free of self-judgment! We will plant the seeds…

Through discussion, Dharma, gentle body movement, sitting and walking meditation, you will gain practical knowledge to help bring self-compassion and care into your daily life, as well as trust in your own inner wisdom–all in the nurturing environment of Menla and under the care of a skilled mindfulness therapist.

Mindful self-compassion will be woven into the entire weekend.

Be with yourself with greater love and ease – body, mind, and spirit, and a new trust in the wisdom you hold deep within.
