In this healing retreat, we will cultivate effortlessness and strength through gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
You will enjoy yoga in the tranquility of the Catskill Mountains, as well as the delicious food and spa at the Menla Center for Health and Happiness with Certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher Kate Hagerman.

Friday December 1st:
2:00pm-8:00pm – Arrival and check-in
4:00pm-6:00pm – Spa treatments (must be booked in advance)
6:15pm-7:15pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Restorative Yoga and Meditation
Saturday December 2nd:
8:00am-9:00am – Breakfast
9:30am-11:30am – Yoga Practice
12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch
1:00pm-4pm – Free time to hike or have spa treatments
4:00pm-6:00pm – Evening Yoga and Meditation
6:00pm-7:00pm – Dinner
Sunday December 3rd:
8:00am- 9:00am – Breakfast
9:30am-11:30am – Yoga Practice and Meditation
12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch and check-out/free time to hike or have spa treatments
About the Leader
Kate Hagerman
Kate Hagerman began her classical hatha yoga training as a teenager with Sri Swami Satchidananda. She is a certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher through Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen's School for Body-Mind Centering, has studied Meditation extensively with Phagyab Rinpoche, and Iyengar Yoga with Genny Kapuler.
