Nourish and nurture yourself with a gentle Embodied Anatomy and Yoga retreat in the majestic Catskill Mountains.
In this healing retreat we will practice:
- Slow, gradual postures that reduce pain and foster physical and emotional
stability. - Nurturing breathing exercises that release stress and anxiety.
- Meditation techniques that quiet the mind and cultivate spacious, choice-less
awareness.
All levels of physical ability are welcome. Spa treatments must be booked separately

Friday, November 18th
- 3 – 6 pm Arrival & Check-in
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7 pm Restorative and Meditation class
Saturday, November 19th
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 9 am – 12pm Asana and Pranayama
- 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch Break
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm Free Time For Hiking or Spa Treatments
- 3:30 – 5:30 pm Restorative Yoga and Meditation
- 6 – 7 pm dinner
Sunday, November 20th
- 7 – 11 am Check-out of Rooms
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 9 am – 12 pm Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch & Departure

Kate Hagerman
Kate Hagerman began her classical hatha yoga training as a teenager with Sri Swami Satchidananda. She is a certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher through Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen's School for Body-Mind Centering, has studied Meditation extensively with Phagyab Rinpoche, and Iyengar Yoga with Genny Kapuler.
