When the world around you feels the most imbalanced, your inner world requires the greatest attention. That’s why Annie and Aaron are inviting you to a 3-night experience in cultivating stability, coherence and awareness.
Together we will access tools for bringing the energy body back into alignment, removing blockages, building fresh life force where it has been depleted, and channeling empowered energy toward our most passionate causes. In addition to vigorous vinyasa, yin, meditation, breath work, community work and ceremony, we will have plenty of quiet time to peacefully soak in the greatest healer of all–Mother Nature.

Annie and Aaron are known for creating classes that feel freeing and fun, yet are based in deep understanding of classical energy systems; for their ability to draw the transcendent down into the funky stuff of real life; and for doing it all with lots of humor and a fabulous soundtrack. If you want more information find Annie at anniepiper.com and Aaron at diasyoga.com.
