Tuesday, October 7

RECONNECT: Soulful bonding and Inner truth
Theme: Come Home to Your Heart and Community

  • 7:15 – 8 am Pranayama (Breath Work) & Gentle Yoga
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 10 – 11 am Nature Immersion hike (option of 3 trails from the property)
  • 11 am – 12 pm Nature Mandala
    • An expression of self with nature
  • 12:30- 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 – 3 pm Optional Rest or Journaling
  • 3 – 4 pm Hasta Mudras
    • Learn how to do mudras with your hands and their importance/benefits to the body and mind OR Partner Yoga
  • 4:15 – 5:30 pm Connection Circle
    • “What have I forgotten? Self Reflection and Sharing in a Safe Space.
