Take the time to step away from your daily routine and invite silence and stillness to awaken you to the fullness of the present moment and the beauty of your essential nature.
Our three-night retreat will include yoga, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, spiritual practices, reading and journaling assignments, group discussions, and exercise to deepen understanding, develop discernment, and foster compassion.

12 – 4pm Free time (Spa,hiking trails, rest)
4 – 6pm Deep Stretching/Restorative Yoga
6 – 7pm Dinner
7:45 – 9pm Evening Meditation/Mindfulness Practice/Discussion

About the Leader
Gemma Farrell
Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga. Her current approach to teaching fuses the precise alignment principles of Iyengar yoga with the freedom and creativity of a Vinyasa Flow practice while incorporating the deeper release stretching and meditative aspects of Yin Yoga.
