Come away with us for a weekend of yoga, meditation and deeply transformational loving kindness practices. Our three-night retreat includes daily morning vinyasa yoga classes and afternoon deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, loving kindness practices, wonderful plant-based meals, and lots of warm friendship.
When we consciously practice loving kindness we discover equanimity, inner peace, and a profound connection to ourselves and others. Join us as we awaken to our innate capacity for boundless, enduring, unconditional love and compassion through metta/loving kindness practices that foster wise equanimity, deep inner peace, and a profound connection to ourselves and others.

Gemma Farrell
Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
