Deepening The Way
With Henry Shukman
September 10 - 13, 2026
Settle more fully into what practice already reveals. This September, join Henry Shukman at Menla Retreat Center, nestled in the Catskill Mountains, where autumn’s turning provides the perfect backdrop for this natural maturation in our practice.
Through meditation, dharma teachings, and days of immersion, you’ll have the space to let your understanding take root and your practice deepen – not by striving, but by simply allowing what’s already here to emerge.’
The retreat includes daily meditations, dharma teachings from Henry, extended Q&A sessions, and periods of noble silence. Meals are vegetarian and communal.
Most importantly, three days allows the kind of settling that reveals what shorter retreats cannot touch — you’ll have time not just to hear the teachings, but to begin living them, while immersing yourself in a committed community of meditators.
