Step into open-level flow Yoga classes with options for all, from beginners to advanced. Move with ease with Alexander Technique, guiding you to recognize and increase awareness of your own movement patterns and habits. And delve into Intentional Living – Life Coaching to help you move away from a sense of overwhelm, creating the life you choose.

- 12:00 – 12:30 pm ARRIVAL / GREETING / INTRODUCTIONS

- 1:30 – 3:30 Free Time for Pool, Nature Walk, Ect.
- 2 – 3 pm Check-in to Rooms
- 3:30 – 4:25 pm Group Class # 1 – YOGA – 55 min (Michelle)
- 4:35 – 5:30 pm Group Class #2 – ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE – 55 min (Jane)
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7:30 – 8:45 pm Group Class # 3 – INTENTIONAL LIVING COACHING – 75 min (Sommer)
- 9 pm Evening Downtime
Wednesday, August 10th
- 7 – 7:45 am Group Class #4 – Silent Group Meditation/Walk (outdoors if weather permits)
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 9:30 – 10:45 am Group class #5 – YOGA – 75 min (Michelle)
- 11 am – 12 pm Group class #6 – ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE – 60 min (Jane)
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm Free Time for Pool, Massage, Nature walk, Etc.
- 3:30 – 4:45 pm Group class #7 – MEDITATION/MINDSET TRAINING – 75 min (Sommer)
- 4:45 – 6 pm Free Time for Pool, Massage, Nature walk, Etc.
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7 pm Evening Down Time
- 7 pm Evening Bonfire
Thursday, Aug 11th
- 7 – 11 am Check-out of Rooms
- 7 – 7:45 am Group Class #8 – Silent Group Meditation/Walk (outdoors if weather permits)
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 9 – 9:30 am: Pack up / Prep for check-out
- 9:30 – 10:30 am: Group Class #9 – YOGA – 75 min (Michelle)

- 1:30 – 2 pm Departure/Farewell
