During this mid-winter mountain retreat, we will be attuning ourselves through the integration of the 4 directions of asana, pranayama, seated meditation and the Maha support of being in nature, to discover that all is in support of the eternal presence: the ever-expanding field of awareness.

Rebecca Hooper
Rebecca Hooper is a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher & a Yoga Therapist in the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Rebecca also practices seated meditation in the Sanbo Zen lineage. Originally from London, England, Rebecca holds a BA Honors degree in Fine Art.
