Iyengar Yoga Three Day Weekend Retreat
With Carolyn Christie and Hugh Millard
February 16 - 19, 2018
Come participate in the mix of nature and consciousness at Menla Mountain Retreat Center. Many years of dedicated work toward building a conscious environment that heals humans, animals, plants, streams makes Menla a very special place to do retreat. Coming to Menla for a weekend of classes is a conscious choice to work in an environment that provides for deeper sustained practice. Also, it allows space for quiet undistracted reflection that can integrate previous years of practice.
Carolyn and Hugh will teach asana and pranayama in the Iyengar Yoga Method. With a weekend of classes we can bring attention to the breath as well as the body in a way that blends the two and gives the students an experience that can transform their home practice. Participants should be familiar with the Iyengar yoga practice. All levels of practitioners are welcome.
The vegetarian meals at Menla are prepared by a loving kitchen staff, the menu is created by a talented chef.
* Don’t delay! Space is limited.*
