Our natural state is joy and beauty, but so much distracts us from living in this way, including unexplained moods that seem to creep up on us from nowhere.  Many of us long for an explanation of our seemingly perpetual, inexplicable state of anxiety.

What if there was a simple, energetic explanation for this?  What if there were concrete life practices that allow you to spontaneously get together with friends without giving a thought to being anxious?  What if you no longer needed to pretend everything was okay because everything IS okay?

Your team from A Place of Light has been both practicing this way of life and teaching others to do the same since 2009.  During your six days with us you will be gently led through transformative experiences that will leave you able to experience the beauty and richness of life from a point of calm for all your days.

You will also be pampered with a massage, treated to a Sound Bath Meditation, and experience the profound insights that can only be gained from participating in a traditional sweat lodge.  Plus, you will be able to practice all your new skills of being anxiety free while being coached during a trip to Woodstock on the final day and more!

We start working with you as soon as you register!  A personal phone call from a team member will help you create your unique goals, and everyone will have the opportunity to meet and greet online before July 16, 2021 so that you will be seeing familiar faces when you arrive!
