Transforming ourselves through everything that we take into our bodies on all levels whether it be the food we eat, what we listen too, what we look at, read, what we hear or listen too, what we smell. The powerful scents and the vibrations are all part of this process. Even by doing simple ceremonies and learning techniques to help you stay grounded in order for you to make clear conscious decisions and intentions in these uncertain times.
2020 is the year of perfect vision, become more clear, nourished and grounded and envision the life that is full and coming from the heart, for yourself and for your family.
