Now more than ever the importance of conscious and effective breathing is at the forefront of a global crisis situation.  The value of having  the awareness of one’s breath  and tools to achieve  and maintain good respiration is paramount. 

This  online program  is intended to give participants a profound  journey and relationship with their breath.  Initially, by  fully opening the respiratory system, thereby creating many physical benefits; increased oxygenation, balance,  better health and higher energy levels.  

The  breathing adventure continues by using  a particular breathing pattern that allows the breath to become a powerful vibrational tool to access and integrate  emotional and mental patterns lodged in the subconscious. 

 Then, ultimately working with the breath to go deep inside and connect to the vibrational states of unconditional love and peace and to access higher levels of consciousness. 

 You will be led in 4 full breathing experiences and given understanding of how to take more breath awareness into your  daily life, along with practices to continue.    There will also be special interactive movement and sound exercises to enhance  this life changing  transformational weekend.
