Come join us for a beautiful and uplifting weekend to awaken those parts of ourselves that have been closed off through fear and pain and the harsh realities of this past year. Let it be a time to reconnect with Mother Nature and learn how to harness her power and bring nature within us to renew our energy and vitality and become illuminated beings once again.

“Nourishing Your Divine Self ” is an invitation to reconnect, rejuvenate and rebalance with delicious foods, yoga, movement, meditation, sound, hiking, and ceremony. Walk into this new season with grace, strength and oneness, and raise your vibration to a new level.

Jill’s goal is for people to understand their own body, its own unique language and become more aware of their physical and emotional needs, so that they can illuminate and radiate their beauty inside and out and function at their optimum levels with renewed energy and vitality. Every day of this retreat will bring new experiences and an opportunity to learn and grow together in an intimate setting.

This is an invitation to nourish yourself this Spring and shine your light for yourself for others to see and enjoy!

  • 10:30 am – 12 pm Nourishing your Divine Selves on all Levels
