Join author and yoga nidra facilitator Tracee Stanley for five days of deeply nourishing rest. In this retreat, inspired by the work of her bestselling book Radiant Rest, you will learn how to dissolve resistance to deep rest and rewrite your rest legacy.

You will receive tools to enhance your experience of deeper sleep, inner freedom, and clarity. Each day will be a progressive experiential journey into the wisdom of the elements, nature as a teacher, and yoga nidra as a ritual of devotion and care. Yoga Nidra is a practice where we fall asleep to the ego and awaken to the soul. This retreat holds the spaciousness and intention to reclaim our birthright of deep rest.
