It is the time of year where Mother Nature calls us to come together, yet turn within to: reflect, connect, and give thanks. Fall is the perfect time to show appreciation for and return to kindness within ourselves, our communities, and the world around us! May we meditate on all of the abundance and gifts we have harvested in 2017. May we begin to sow the seeds for a more fulfilled life in 2018. By cultivating more gratitude and recognizing our interconnection; one can bring more happiness, love, and compassion into this and every moment we are privileged to live.

This weekend retreat with Stacia Nero and Daphne Lyon will immerse you in the transformative and uplifting practice of gratitude. Join us to hold gratitude for our experiences past and those to come. All with the support of the sacred and healing land at Menla Mountain Retreat. You will return home feeling rejuvenated and with the foundation needed to continue practicing gratitude that has the power to transform your life!
