Winter Solstice Clearlight Yoga Nidra Retreat

Join us for this transformational restorative yoga immersion and dive deep into the meditative inner science of Yoga Nidra and enlightened sleep. This immersion is an experiential retreat that will share the foundations of the practice for deep rest and spiritual awakening. Michele will guide us in several yoga nidra practices each day, and we will directly experience the power of this transformational yoga as well as explore the sister sciences of dream yoga and clearlight sleep. Yoga Nidra works on healing all the layers of the body/mind/heart complex. It also provides a bridge to luminous timeless awareness. Our retreat will culminate on the Winter Solstice, the day when the earth is also at deepest rest in the Northern Hemisphere. This year’s solstice falls at 10:02 AM Eastern, and we will celebrate together on our last day of retreat. This time is powerful for supporting our own deep rest and awakening into the depths of our inner being. Michele will guide us into the the cave of our heart to bathe in our own clearlight wisdom. Come practice during this sacred Solstice time in community and nature.
Yoga Nidra is a deep meditative experience, but it also helps in regulation of hormones, stabilization of glucose levels, improved cognitive function, and all of the benefits of deep sleep.
25 Yoga Alliance CEU credits available for completing this course, and practicum credit towards Michele’s 100 hr Yoga Nidra certification program.
