Tummo, or Inner Heat Yoga, is a quintessential method of tantric yoga of the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition. The practice of tummo includes various breathing, visualization and postural techniques, with a specific orientation toward the cultivation of joy, blissful awareness and compassion.
In this extended weekend retreat, we will explore different traditions to clarify the foundations necessary for skillful practice.
Participants will learn fundamental breath and postural practice and will get an overview of the theoretical and practical dimensions of Tummo.
Emphasis will be on clarifying foundations of this meditation practice as well as subtle energetic principles.

This retreat is suggested for participants with a pre-existing background in Vajrayana Buddhism.
