Mindful self compassion allows us to build a greater sense of our own self worth and  awareness, creating greater connection with our bodies and emotions and a stronger presence  with all that surrounds us, right here, right now.

Strengthen your ability to be present with yourself, just as you are with loving kindness. Just imagine a life without self judgement!

Through discussion, Dharma, gentle body movement, sitting and walking meditation, you will  gain practical knowledge to help bring self compassion and care into your daily life. All in the  nurturing environment of Menla and under the care of a skilled mindfulness therapist. MIndful self compassion will be woven into the entire weekend.

Be with yourself with greater love and ease, body, mind, spirit.
