Amy Greco

Amy Greco is a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Stage 3 Practitioner-in-Training. This co-facilitated retreat at Menla represents the culmination of her 18-month-long RBM Practitioner training with The School of Breathwork, led by Eleanor Mann and based in Australia. Amy was first drawn to RBM as she sought to regulate her nervous system and show up as the authentic, connected parent she wants to be for her two young daughters. With over 15 years experience as a social worker, she fell in love with the gentle, agenda-free nature of RBM, which truly upholds the social work values of self-determination and self-mastery. Through practicing RBM, she rediscovered and rebirthed her true, creative self, finding that breathwork brought her home to her artistic self. She is in awe of the powerful collective healing potential of RBM as a conscious, co-creative process, and is honored to co-facilitate with Jess Farrell, one of her teachers, for this retreat.
