Amy Greco

I am a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner. I was first drawn to RBM as I sought to regulate my nervous system and show up as the authentic, connected parent I want to be for my two young daughters. With over 15 years experience as a social worker, I fell in love with the gentle, agenda-free nature of RBM, which truly upholds the social work values of self-determination and self-mastery. Through practicing RBM, I rediscovered and rebirthed my true, creative self, finding that breathwork brought me home to my artistic self as well. I am in awe of the powerful collective healing potential of RBM as a conscious, co-creative process, and am honored to co-facilitate with Libby Garofalo and Emily Osley for this retreat.
