Augustina Rueda, LCSW is a Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience in trauma-informed work with individuals and families in community mental health settings. Her work is grounded in compassionate, relational care, supporting individuals and families through life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, cancer, and other serious health challenges.
Over the years, her work with clients navigating illness and profound life change led her to explore deeper layers of healing beyond conventional talk therapy, including non-ordinary states of consciousness, and the body’s innate capacity for meaning, release and transformation.
Her training includes California Institute of Integral Studies/MAPS psychedelic-assisted therapy certificates, and Grof Breathwork training (Level 1 completed, currently in Level 2). She is passionate about supporting transformational pathways to healing, grounded in deep respect for the wisdom and intelligence of both psyche and body.
