I’m a 200-hour RYT Power Vinyasa teacher, certified through Breathe Yoga under the guidance of Cyndi and Carly Weis. I love teaching Power Vinyasa because it’s the perfect fusion of cardio, strength, and slow, deep stretching. Breath is at the heart of every class I teach—you can expect to move with intention, linking breath to movement from start to finish.
My favorite sequences to practice and teach are Vitality and Equanimity—they always challenge me in new ways, no matter how many times I return to them. Off the mat, you can find me gardening, crafting, walking on the beach, cooking, or soaking up time with friends and family. These moments keep me grounded and grateful.
Element Yoga feels like home to me. The community here allows me to be my most authentic self, and I’m so thankful to be part of it. Whether I’m teaching or practicing beside you, I’d love

In addition to teaching yoga, I’ve managed a juice bar for many years. I love what I do—creating new recipes, connecting with customers, mentoring staff, and being immersed in a vibrant, healthy environment. I’m grateful every day that I get to do what I love with people I deeply respect.
