Jessica Block, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Provider
Jessica is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in upstate New York with a deep commitment to healing that honors both the mind and the unseen landscapes within us. After many years of working within traditional mental health systems and serving as project director for a community-based mental health program, she recognized that true transformation requires more than symptom management; it invites us to tap into the wisdom of the body and the unconscious.
Her travels and professional exploration led her to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic medicine, therapeutic pathways that open access to expanded consciousness and the brain’s innate neuroplasticity. Jessica is passionate about the responsible and ethical use of these medicines, with intentional preparation, integration, and a respect for the psyche’s natural pace of healing.
Drawing from affective neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and somatic processing, she helps clients release stored emotional experiences and reconnect with their inner truth. Within a relational psychodynamic framework, she incorporates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and parts work as intuitive companions to the healing process.
