Marla Teyolia
Marla Teyolia’s mission is to support and empower women to to get in touch with their wholeness igniting the spark for personal, professional, and societal shifts. She is a transformational leadership coach with over 20 years of facilitation experience, and utilizes this methodology to support executives, activists, artists, and changemakers to make real lasting impact in their personal lives as well as in the communities they serve. Marla discovered yoga in the early 90’s and has been a student of this life-affirming practice having studied under Maya Breuer, Sherry Ryan and Mark Whitwell. Marla is also a student of mindfulness practices and Engaged Buddhism in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. She is a mother, certified yoga teacher, avid cook, and sacred circle holder believing that women hold the key to the vast untapped power needed to transform the world. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, where she graduated magna cum laude as well a Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. Marla is the CEO and Co-Founder of Culture Shift Agency, a boutique transformation agency designed to empower women and ignite change.
Marla believes that mindful transformation is deliberate and happens when you get in touch with your deepest desires as well as the baggage that stands in your way.
