Michelle Blieberg

Michelle Blieberg is a visionary integrator of human capital strategy and creative expression, merging the analytics of organizational leadership with the intuition of an artist. Her story is one of synthesis—between head and heart, structure and imagination, corporate systems and human growth.

Leadership and Human Capital Vision

Michelle’s professional trajectory reveals a deep mastery of strategic HR leadership across industries such as real estate, financial services, media, and technology. She has served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President, and Managing Director in major organizations including WarnerMedia, UBS, Charles Schwab, JP Morgan and two private organizations. These roles positioned her at the
intersection of culture transformation, executive coaching, and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Her hallmark appears to be cultivating “human-centered organizations” that balance performance with purpose.

Her recent founding of Blieberg Associates (2025) represents a culmination of these experiences—a consultancy aimed at aligning HR practices with business objectives through leadership development, innovation, and executive advising. Her role as Program Director for The Conference Board’s Leadership & Executive Development Council underscores her commitment to expanding global leadership practices and
developing the next generation of thinkers in the field.

Michelle also serves as an Executive Coach & Human Capital Advisor for The Fiver Children’s Foundation which supports youth from systemically under-resourced communities in the New York area.

Academic Foundation

Blieberg’s triple degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (graduated Summa Cum Laude), where she designed an interdisciplinary major in Human Resources Management, reflects her early inclination toward integrating disciplines. Complementary studies at the Harvard Summer Program in Economics and Oxford University’s Trinity College in English Literature and Shakespeare add a liberal-arts depth that informs both her corporate leadership style and her creative work.

Artistic Practice and Emerging Art Therapy Focus

Michelle’s personal dimension as an artist and collage-maker enriches this dual narrative. She is currently pursuing a certification in Art Therapy, signaling a shift toward merging her background in people development with creative healing practices. This artistic impulse seems guided by narrative reconstruction and emotional integration- a living collage of relationships, learning, and emotional intelligence. As she moves deeper into art therapy, her story appears to be transitioning from corporate architect to humanist artisan, building bridges between creative expression and organizational wholeness.

Family

Michelle is married and a mother of 3 young adults. Her passions include baking and traveling.
