Our three-night retreat includes daily Vinyasa yoga classes and deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness practices, live music, wonderful vegan meals and lots of warm friendship.

Friday, September 18th
- 3 – 8pm Check-In
- 6 – 7pm Dinner
- 7.30 – 9pm Deep Stretching/Orientation
Saturday – Sunday, September 19th & 20th
- 7 – 8am Meditation
- 8 – 9am Breakfast
- 10 – 12pm Vinyasa/Compassion Practices
- 12 – 1pm Lunch
- 1 – 4pm Free time (hiking, spa treatments)
- 4 – 6pm Deep Stretching/Mindfulness
- 6:30 – 7:30 Dinner
- 7:45 – 9pm Kirtan (live music)
Monday, September 21st
- 7 – 8am Meditation
- 8 – 9am Breakfast
- 9 – 11am Vinyasa/Compassion Practices
- 11 – 12 Check-out of Rooms
- 12 – 1pm Lunch
- 12 – 4pm free time/departures

About the Leader
Gemma Farrell
Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
