Coming Home To Self, A Restorative Weekend Exploring The Innate Wisdom of Self Care and Compassion
With Paula Evans
November 21 - 23, 2025
Mindful self-compassion allows us to build a greater sense of our own self-worth and awareness, creating a greater connection with our bodies and emotions and a stronger presence with all that surrounds us, right here, right now.
Strengthen your ability to be present with yourself, just as you are, with loving-kindness. Just imagine a life free of self-judgment! We will plant the seeds…Through discussion, Dharma, gentle body movement, sitting and walking meditation, you will gain practical knowledge to help bring self-compassion and care into your daily life, as well as trust in your own inner wisdom–all in the nurturing environment of Menla and under the care of a skilled psychotherapist and mindfulness practitioner.
Tools to cultivate mindful self care and compassion will be woven into the entire weekend, taking your own inner resources to nourish and flourish within.
Come home to self, with greater love and ease – body, mind, and spirit, and a new trust in the wisdom you hold deep within.
