Gift yourself a journey into nature, peace, and renewal.

Over the course of this weekend retreat, you will have the opportunity to dive into four yoga practices including pranayama and meditation. We will take beautiful walks each morning in the forest with a Qi Gong flow before breakfast and will lead a magnificent guided hike with Mountain Top Meditation. The first evening we will gather for a bonfire under the stars and the next, a deep relaxing sound healing event. Menla offers delicious farm-to-table meals, and you can enjoy some downtime by the pool or book yourself a massage or spa service at the beautiful Dewa Spa.

You will definitely return home feeling peaceful and rejuvenated.

Friday, June 30

• 3 – 8 pm Check-in
• 4:30 – 5:30 Opening Yoga Practice
• 6 – 7 pm Dinner
• 7:30 – 9 pm Welcome Bonfire

Saturday, July 1

• 7 – 8 am A beautiful morning walk in Nature with a Qi Gong flow
• 8 – 9 am Breakfast
• 10 – 11:30 am Yoga practice with Erin & Carl
• 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
• 2:30 – 3 pm Guided hike with mountain top meditation
• 4 – 5 pm Yoga Practice with Erin & Carl
• 4 – 6 pm Free Time for Sitting by the pool, Sacred Arts and Crafts (beading supplies for making Malas or creating and coloring Mandalas included) or Enjoy a Spa Service (Not Included)
• 6 – 7 pm Dinner
• 7:30 – 8:45 pm Live Music/Sound Therapy

Sunday, July 2

• 7-8 am A beautiful morning walk with a Qi Gong practice in
  the forest.
• 8 – 9 am Breakfast
• 8 – 11 am check out of rooms
• 10 – 11:30 am Closing Yoga Practice with Erin & Carl
• 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
• 12:30 – 4 pm Free Time / Departures
