Welcome the season of renewal with a weekend dedicated to yoga, meditation, and gentle self-reflection. Together, we will attune to the rhythms of nature and the generous unfolding of spring – quieting our minds, awakening our bodies, and opening our hearts.

Our days will include an early morning Mindfulness Meditation to invite ease, a mid-morning All-Levels Vinyasa Flow practice to cultivate vitality and presence, and a late afternoon Deep Stretching session to create inner space. We will bring each day to a peaceful close with offerings of Yoga Nidra or a Sound Bath, encouraging rest and restoration. There will be plenty of free time for relaxation and renewal – walks in the woods, reading, or sharing wonderful plant-based meals and warm friendship.

Throughout the retreat, our practices will encourage a return to the present moment, a compassionate relationship with the body, and a spirit of gratitude for the support of one another and for the gift of this miraculous life.

You may choose to stay for either one or two nights. We look forward to this special time of discovery as we seek to embody the peace, wisdom, love, and light that is our deepest essence.

Gemma Farrell

Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
