Our three-night retreat includes daily Vinyasa yoga classes and deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness practices, live music, wonderful vegetarian meals and lots of warm friendship.

Gemma Farrell
Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
