Sunday, May 24
- 3 – 6 pm Arrival and Check-in
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7:30 – 8 pm Welcome Program/speech/give out t shirts
- 8:30 – 9:15 pm Evening yoga flow in the Ahimsa Studio
Monday, May 25
- 7 – 8 am Morning Yoga Refresh & Renew
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 10 am – 12 Morning Hike
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm Free Time/Break to Explore (Optional Spa add-ons can be booked here, or add-on Personal Training Sessions with Coach David or Jennifer)
- 4 pm – 5:15 pm Evening Group Workout Outside
- 5:15 – 5:45 pm Get Ready For Dinner
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7:30 – 9 pm Bonfire
Tuesday, May 26
- 7 – 8 am Morning Meditation & Stretch
- 8 – 9 am Breakfast
- 10 am – 12 pm Morning Group Workout Outside
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm Free Time/Break to Explore (Optional Spa add-ons can be booked here, or add-on Personal Training Sessions with Coach David or Jennifer)
- 4 – 5:15 pm Evening Activity/Game
- 5:15 – 5:45 pm Get Ready For Dinner
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7:30 – 9 pm Evening Yoga
Wednesday, May 27
- 7 – 11 am Check-out of Rooms – Many groups have guests check-out during breakfast or 9-9:30/10am so they can have 1 last offering before they go home
- 7 – 8 am Morning Group Workout Outside
- 8 – 9am Breakfast
9 – 9:30 am Check Out - 9:30 am – 12 pm Restore Yoga Flow
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch & Departure
