Healing with the Elements: Breathwork, Yoga & Nervous System Reset
With Sheila Humphreys and Jackie Walther
February 19 - 22, 2026
Delve deep into the slowness of the winter season. The colder months can be a powerful time to listen and reflect, especially in the stillness of the mountains. We will connect with practices to help participants go deep within to awaken the senses, open the heart and heal.
Working with the elements, we will cultivate a grounding breathwork practice designed to move stuck energy, welcoming in more love and creativity. This will include daily circle time to connect with the group, clear old stories, patterns and manifest new beginnings.
Yoga, chanting, hiking and ecstatic dance will compliment big energetic shifts and encourage release and play. Opportunity to participate in contrast therapy daily – AM cold plunges in the serene pond at the base of the mountains along with sauna and steam room access (additional $25 in Dewa Spa).
