Transformative Weekend Yoga Retreat with LUMINOUSbody
With Jennifer Chin
October 30 - November 1, 2026
Jennifer Chin’s LUMINOUSbody practice is based in the Hatha Iyengar tradition and influenced by her lifetime of dance training. Her approach is designed to empower you to move through your life with as much freedom as possible. She will help you unlock physical limitations that might inhibit your activity level. Whether it’s climbing a mountain or getting up out of a chair, Jennifer will help you figure out how to move with ease and mechanical efficiency. Join her for this special weekend of yoga to transform your mind, body, and spirit.
Arrive on Friday late afternoon and enjoy an easy going post-travel practice of twists and forward bends, then a healthy dinner from sustainable, locally sourced foods. Saturday morning we’ll ground ourselves with a practice of Standing Poses. In the afternoon, explore the land via hiking trails, meditate by the pond, or get a spa treatment. Before dinner is a Restorative/Pranayama practice to help us deeply unwind. In the evenings, hang out by the fire pit, or retire early and sleep in quiet nature. The final Sunday morning practice will focus on chest openers, so we leave the retreat with clear hearts. We depart after lunch, transformed.
