Spring Equinox Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Spring is the time when we prepare the ground for what we would like to bring into fruition. In this Spring Equinox Retreat we will practice invigorating and healing asanas, contemplative journaling and effective meditation with a focus on physical, mental and emotional stability. Please bring a journal, something for the altar (you will get it back), and something you would like to burn.

Friday, March 22nd
- 2:00 – 8:00pm Arrival and check-in
- 4:00 – 6:00pm Spa treatments (must be booked in advance)
- 6:15 – 7:15pm Dinner
- 7:30pm Restorative Yoga and Meditation
Saturday, March 23rd
- 8:00 – 9:00am Breakfast
- 9:30 – 11:30am Yoga Practice
- 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch
- 1:00 – 4:00pm Free time to hike or have spa treatments
- 4:00 – 6:00pm Evening Yoga and Meditation
- 6:00 – 7:00pm Dinner
Sunday, March 24th
- 8:00- 9:00am Breakfast
- 9:30 – 11:30am Yoga Practice and Meditation
- 7:30 – 11:30am Checkout
- 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch and Departure
About the Leader
Kate Hagerman
Kate Hagerman began her classical hatha yoga training as a teenager with Sri Swami Satchidananda. She is a certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher through Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen's School for Body-Mind Centering, has studied Meditation extensively with Phagyab Rinpoche, and Iyengar Yoga with Genny Kapuler.
