Limitless Love: Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Please join us at the start of spring as we welcome new beginnings with an uplifting weekend of yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, and spiritual reflection. Our time together will be imbued by a heartfelt wish to cultivate four distinct mind states: loving kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. Also known in Buddhist teachings as the Four Immeasurables, these mind states represent love and goodwill toward all sentient beings, without limit. We look forward to sharing this special time of discovery as we explore our immense potential to embody these qualities more fully and become a presence of peace, love, and gratitude in our world.
Our retreat schedule includes guided mindfulness and meditation, vinyasa and deep stretching classes, yoga pose alignment clinics, free time for reading, resting, or walking in the woods, wonderful plant-based meals, and plenty of warm friendship. You may stay for either two or three nights.

Gemma Farrell
Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
