Connecting with the Earth to Connect with Self
With Lydia Boaz
October 15 - 18, 2026
Let’s shift in collaboration with the Earth. We will come together to vision for our individual lives and for the collective. The Earth holds infinite, ancient wisdom. We will connect with her to offer gratitude and awe and see what she has to say to us.
The Earth will be our support as we go through a journey of envisioning our dreams, identifying what blocks us from being there now, and gently working with these blocks to loosen, release and clear. This will leave the path open to embody our ideal lives.
Participants will leave with practices to continue to connect with the Earth as well as a warmth from the deep quality time spent with community and self.
Lydia is a trained meditation leader as well as IFS- and EMDR-trained trauma therapist. These and other modalities inform her work and may come through during the retreat. Please reach out to her with any questions or curiosities.
