Spiritual freedom can bring with it a release from attachment to our own suffering and a deep sense of ease and belonging. Yet that same freedom can become a hindrance to the important work of integrating our psychological conditioning. When we take refuge in spiritual freedom and avoid the challenges and relational hurts we face, we lack balance. Self-inquiry is a wonderful tool that helps illuminate and integrate what is in the shadow to us, which in turn deepens our understanding of spiritual freedom. Join Kelly Boys for an interactive hourlong talk where we explore the power of meditative self-inquiry and its capacity to support us in living an inspired, awakened life.

Kelly Boys has an integrated approach which blends embodied mindfulness together with nondual spiritual teachings. She holds a degree in Intercultural Religious Studies and has mentored intensively with nondual-based psychologists as well as worked in the field of mindfulness for over a decade. Kelly’s style of teaching is heart-centered and insightful, holding space for an inner process to unfold that brings about a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us.
