Self-knowledge and intellectualization can only take us so far. At this retreat, we’re offering a different pathway to deep change. Though it may sound counter-intuitive, when we surrender to our powerlessness over our self-destructive patterns, our resistance dissolves so the energy can move.

Using effective modalities such as Kundalini yoga*, sound healing, mantras, community recovery meetings*, and group session work, we release the “power” of the intellectual mind and invite deeper healing in ourselves.

This deeper healing allows us to become:

  • Emotionally balanced
  • Physically restored and present in our bodies
  • Spiritually connected and in the flow
  • Mentally strengthened and equipped to manage negative behaviors
  • Empowered in our recovery from our addictions
  • Loved and seen by our fellow retreat goers, having made life-long community connections
This fall, no matter what hat your addiction wears, surrender into yourself and find true power in your powerlessness.
*Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels, and no previous experience is necessary. Although the retreat will include elements of recovery and language of 12-step Recovery, this is not an official 12-Step retreat, nor do we require participants to identify as addicts in order to attend.
