The fall season on the gorgeous grounds at Menla offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, tune in and let go. Nature cushions our release as the sisterhood holds our rising spirits and celebrates the return of our radiance. We reclaim our divine feminine nature and remember who we are, step into who we are becoming with courage, and shine.

Return to Radiance is a women’s weekend retreat where we’ll participate in creative play, ceremony, and ritual to reignite our bond of sisterhood and reclaim our individual radiance. By the end of our retreat, you will feel rejuvenated with a strengthened sense of clarity and confidence in expressing your own authentic voice and truth, allowing your essence to shine. And we get to walk this path together. When we listen and receive one another, we tune into deep connection, and the sisterhood reawakens. And through the power of sisterhood, we come home to ourselves.

Together we remember and reclaim our wholeness and sovereignty.

Thursday, October 10

• 3 – 5 pm Arrival and Check-in
• 5 – 6 pm Orientation Circle
• 6 – 7 pm Dinner
• 7:30 – 9 pm Grounding Circle & Opening Ceremony

Friday, October 11

• 7 – 8 am Morning Ritual (Gentle Yoga/Meditation)
• 8 – 9 am Breakfast
• 9:30 am -12:15 pm Native American Sweat Lodge
• 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
• 1:30 – 4 pm Cultivating Connection: YOU TIME to hike trails or take in Menla’s heavenly grounds, play games with a new friend in the vintage country barn, time alone to meditate, create or journal, enjoy a spa treatment or move your body in the fitness facility.
• 4 – 6 pm Reclaming Radiance Circle
• 6 – 7 pm Dinner
• 7:30 – 8:30 pm Radiance Oracle

Saturday, October 12

• 7 – 8 am Morning Ritual (Gentle Yoga/Meditation)
• 8 – 9 am Breakfast
• 9:30 am – 12:15 pm Radiance in Nature
• 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
• 1:30 – 4:30 pm Cultivating Connection: YOU TIME to hike trails or take in Menla’s heavenly grounds, play games with a new friend in the vintage country barn, time alone to meditate, create or journal, enjoy a spa treatment or move your body in the fitness facility.
• 4:30 – 5:30 pm Radiance Sound Bath
• 6 – 7 pm Dinner
• 7:30 – 9 pm Fire Ceremony
