Reflect on and move through the passing year while considering what you need to leave behind. Sounding for more peace and love as the sun’s light begins to return will renew our own inner light through the sacred gongs and crystal bowls.

Together we will release stagnant energy, awakening dormant prana and shining brightly into the fullness of the new paradigm of 2019. Each participant’s experience is individual and unique in connecting all of us to the one compassionate heart of our future “now”.

Bathing in the space of gong and crystal overtones feeds us until we reach a state of holistic resonance, where we can sense the feeling of our own body transforming into a feeling of no body at all as the sacred sound does its work. There is a paranormal sense of levitation, timelessness and bliss that can be experienced, along with a consciousness of equanimity, compassion and peace.

Holistic resonance is a phenomenon produced by the overtones as a product of the sound tone bathing, and it acts by initiating a music heard by your soul. After a sound bath experience, you will leave feeling more connected to all that is. Dress in warm comfortable clothing, as this is horizontal experience.

The evening will continue in front of Menla’s Lhasa Inn Dinning Room fire place with hors d’oeuvres & setting of intentions for 2019 with Sharon Salzberg, Michael Burbank and/or Robert &  Nena Thurman. This evening will include a non-alcoholic toast to bring in the new year.

This annual New Year’s Eve program is intended for all levels of interest & backgrounds.

8 p.m. Group Sound Healing with Sage Academy of Sound Energy (Nalanda Conference Center)
11:00 p.m. – 12 a.m. Ring in the New Year and Set Intentions
