Spring is a special time to awaken sacred presence, deepen our spiritual roots and grow in wisdom and kindness. In our Spring Loving Kindness Yoga & Meditation retreat, we will open our hearts, minds, and bodies through daily morning and evening meditation, Vinyasa yoga classes, Deep Stretching sessions, guided heart opening practices, and dharma talks to further our understanding of the profound Buddhist teachings on love and compassion.

  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 3 – 4 pm Yoga Pose Alignment Clinic
  • 4 – 5:30 pm Deep Stretching/Mindfulness
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 8:45 pm Live Music/Sound Therapy

Sunday, May 1st

  • 7 – 8 am Meditation
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 10 am – 12 pm Vinyasa Yoga/Compassion Practices/Guided Meditation
  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 4:30 – 5:30 pm Yoga Pose Alignment Clinic
  • 4 – 5:30 pm Deep Stretching/Mindfulness
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 8:45 pm Deep Stretching accompanied by Live Singing Bowls

Gemma Farrell

Gemma Farrell has studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Yin, Insight, and Integral Yoga.
