Monday, September 22 – Fall Equinox

  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 – 11:30 am Yoga
  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 – 5:30 pm Free Time For Hiking, Relaxation and Spa
  • 5:30 – 6 pm Group Meditation
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:45 – 9 pm Yoga

Tuesday, September 23

  • 7 – 11 am Check-out of Rooms
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 – 11 am Yoga
  • 11:30 – 12:30 Free Time for Relaxation and Spa
