This silent retreat is your opportunity to dive deep inside of yourself and quiet the noise. When we reduce the constant fluctuations of our mind, we can hear a clear signal, under all of the chatter. This signal is the reflection of our true nature, and shows us how we relate to the entire universe. If you are interested in truth, a good place to look is deep within.

Allow the sounds, colors, and vibrations of nature to help you retrieve your inner truth. Create a life long memory for yourself, with this practice, on your personal journey.

On Friday October 2’nd we initiate this sacred weekend with a bonfire, meditation and sharing from 8pm -10pm. Silence will begin at 10pm, and be maintained until Sunday at 12:30pm. We will practice an hour of asana and an hour of meditation twice per day on Saturday and Sunday.

You will turn in your cell phone at 8pm on Friday night, prior to the start of our first bonfire, and it will be held in a safe, secure location. The phone will be returned to you on Sunday at 12:30pm during lunch. Please leave your laptop at home. Bring a journal and pen for writing exercises. You will have the option to be photographed by the talented professional, Greg McMahon, on grounds surrounded by nature.
