Join Lisa Annese and Alica Fuks who will support and guide you to connect with and embrace your divine feminine energy this summer. Learn how to flow with your spiritual soul and inner essence through love, grace, creation, gratitude, humility and trusting your intuition in a safe space, surrounded by the elements of nature, during your retreat stay at the beautiful Menla Resort & Spa.
We look forward to sharing this special time of learning and remembering who you are as we work together to embody and honor the beauty of your authenticity and womanhood as it relates to your world through this retreat.
Our retreat schedule includes guided past life regression, sound healing, yoga, meditation, spiritual painting, fireside releasing, mantras, affirmations and reflections. There will also be free time for spa appointments, enjoying the pool, resting, reading, hiking the woods of Menla, delicious plant-based meals, and deep connection with yourself and the other women at the retreat.
